PROGRAMME : Advanced Certification in Java Full Stack programme with Liferay
JOB DESCRIPTION: Graduate Engineer Trainee
JOB TYPE : Full Time
CTC :Salary for 1 Year will be INR 1.95 LPA Post one year completion salary will be 3.LPA-5LPA
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:2020, 2021 Batch; BE/BTech( CS,IT and E&C )
LOCATION: Ahemdabad / Bangalore
Selected Students for the programme will sign a 2 year agreement and agree to deposit a cheque of amount 75000/- with Zero balance account. Which can be legally used in case students leave before completion of tenure.This cheque will be returned once one’s tenure is complete
Note: We are not charging any fees from students
Job Requirements:
- Have profound interest in Java technologies and web development
- Must have accomplished academic projects on Core Java, JSP Servlets, JDBC, Spring & Hibernate
PROCESS:
- Students must agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned for the Programme. Please refer to attachment for salary details
- Registration in the programme.
- MCQ based Assessment based on aptitude, reasoning and computer skills like data structure, SQL, OOPS.
- Training Onboarding for 3.5 Month
- Project Completion
- On Successful completion student be interviewed by Liferay and Partner organization
- Students will sign the confirmation joining with the organization
- Selected Students for the programme will sign a 2 year agreement and agree to deposit a cheque of amount 75000/- with Zero balance account. Which can be legally used in case students leave before completion of tenure.This cheque will be returned once one’s tenure is complete
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Careerthon hereby agrees to arrange the training on Java Full Stack + Liferay, for 3-3.5month
- Post Completion of the Program student agrees to appear for final assessment
- On Successful Completion of Program student will get recruitment opportunities as Solution Engineer Trainee role or Graduate Engineer Trainee. He/she will be hired for tech roles only with Liferay or its partner organization in India
- Careerthon Agrees after completing above mentioned programme student will not be provided any sales job
- The Program shall be implemented either in person at the office premises or can also be conducted virtually as per the discretion and availability of resources of Careerthon. Students must ensure to have a working Laptop and internet connectivity to attend the program classes
- Students agree that he/she shall complete 90% attendance during the Program, and shall complete all the assignments and projects given.He or she must complete all training
- Students will be attending training at ZOOM platform or thru Careerthon App and timing of training will be communicated through respective whatsapp groups
- Students will get 100% placement assurance with our java full stack Programme
- Students are eligible for a single offer only which student will be applying willingly
- Students acknowledge that he/she shall be eligible and be given an employment offer
- During the course of an internship the Student will be entitled for minimum stipend ofINR CTC 1.95LPA for initial 1 year. After successful completion of the 1st year the Student will be entitled for a yearly CTC of INR 3LPA-4.5LPA or above
- Students agree to deposit a cheque of INR 75000/- which is refundable once they join our recruitment partner company and sign a bond of two years from which tenure will start from the day he/she is enrolled for training
- In case student try to leave training or tends to join somewhere else based on learning given during course of training he/she is liable to careerthon services to pay the total sum of INR 75000/-
- Before joining the Company, if required Student agrees to request for an NOC from Careerthon, and presents the same to the respective employer from where the Student received a job-cum-internship offer
- Companies have their onset of HR policies, and regulations. The Student agrees to sign off all the relevant agreements at the Company
- Careerthon is entitled to request Students for a video and written testimonials for digital collateral and marketing purposes and students agree and render his/her consent for the same.
