- The person should have tested in Oracle HRMS OTL as functional consultant
- Working experience in OTL In-depth knowledge of testing technologies
- Candidate should have experience in requirement gathering and writing test cases
- Candidate should have experience in preparing test scenarios and test cases and conducting SITs
- Ability to multi-task and work in coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams under pressure
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Primary Skills
- Candidate must have experience as in OTL as a Functional Consultant.
