Candidate is responsible for Development and Support skills for HCM application of PeopleSoft
9.x. Candidate should have very sound knowledge of PeopleSoft Application, which includes PeopleTools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker etc.
Secondary Skills
Spoken and written communication skills should be very good/excellent
b. Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft as a Technical Resource
c. Experience in Oracle data base with strong understanding in writing SQL statements with joins, functions, good understanding of triggers
d. Good in People tools like Application designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine Program, Application Packages, Reporting tools like SQR and XML Publisher
e. Must be team player
f. PeopleSoft HCM module experience (Core HR & Absence Management, Workflows and Compensation)
g. Support experience on PeopleSoft applications from ticket receiving point to ticket closing point, including code level fix and set changes in production
h. Exposure to SLA based project is an advantage
