Responsibilities
- 1 to ~3 years of total exp
- Excellent knowledge of excel
- Good communication skills
- Good co-ordination skills
- Confident in English
- Should Co-ordinate both F2F and over emails, chat and phone with Capgemini internal and external stakeholders over various matters like recruitment and resource management, business status reporting, timecard, billing and invoicing
- Have Understanding of Procurement Process
- Handle Client Visits
- Maintain on-boarding and off-boarding tracker
- Co-ordination with Seniors/ Managers for project related back end work.
- Coordination with Procurement, commercial ITMD, Finance, mobility, team for the timely closure of activities related to project.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
