Your Profile:
- Drive repeat usage and ensure retention of users through owned outreach / engagement channels (Emailers, SMS, Push Notifications & Web Notifications), through a strong understanding of user behavior and preferences.
- Identifying insights through business intelligence data & Consumer research (user surveys and monthly NPS data), and further interface with internal teams such as product, customer support, marketing and operations to action the insights derived.
- Consistently evaluates consumer data, that is, consumer behaviour, program engagement, rewards redemptions, user experience analyses, as well as business performance metrics in order to realise areas of improvement in the business’s CRM campaigns, which will drive better results in consumer acquisition and retention. Constantly updating and looking at consumer cohorts along with devising actions to improve them
- Work along with the analytics team to figure out the lifetime value of a consumer across different segments and ensure that actions are constantly been taken.
- Strategise and develop customer lifecycle communications across relevant touch points – convert consumer retention vision into an actionable, measurable plan with clear goals, strategies, tactics & testing plan.
- Analyse / Evaluate post campaign data – corrective measures are taken to improve efficiency
- Identify and research trends in marketing technology and continuously update team on new capabilities to enhance our marketing technology stack which includes outreach management tools along with implementation
- Own Customer NPS for all platforms including Android App, iOS app, & website and M-site. Ensure dissemination of the findings to the various functional business leads along with following up if action has been taken.
- Collate a month on month tracking of the metrics and highlight any anomalies
Your Checklist:
- Experience in developing and delivering CRM strategies for a business, resulting in an increase in consumer value and revenue.
- Should have an understanding of various insights around the consumer and should incorporate those learnings into campaigns across the board
- Experience in creating high-quality reports and documentation for both internal and external audiences in an attempt to further enhance CRM efforts.
- Experienced in budget development and the establishment of procedures for the purpose of monitoring progress against the business’s plans and objectives and ensuring the best application of finances and other resources.
- Deep experience with survey design and analysis.
- Should have an experience of doing multiple campaign management.
