What Will You Be Doing
Working on strategic projects related to Capital, Balance Sheet and RWA Optimizations (Market and Counterparty Risk) for financing and Macro business
Active management of reports related to Margin Lending business, Liquidity Management, Secured/Unsecured funding, ECOF Asset Tenor Profile, Contingent Liquidity Risks, etc.
Drive analytics around capital usage which can be used to improve RoRWA and RoLBS ratios
Data Analysis & creation of Analytical reports on Excel/Qlikview related to the FRM mandate
Interaction with IT for System Maintenance / escalations related to the reporting infrastructure and maintenance of database
Automation focus to improve productivity and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Graduate or Post Graduate from good institute
Excel, MS Office skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros), MS Access/SQL Language with an intermediate understanding of databases, inclination to learn new IT Skills like Qlikview
Should have basic product knowledge about secured financing, prime brokerage, Macro products
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
Works in a risk relevant role and have knowledge about regulations related to capital, liquidity Risk etc
Any progress on CFA or FRM is preferred
Coding ability in functional languages such as R, Python, will be an added advantage.
Inclination to learn new tools like Qlikview, Tableau
