Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit the right channel partners for Automation Anywhere
- Onboard new partners and enable them to be successful
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues
- Manage day-to-day process supporting Channel Programs and Operations including inquiries, escalation processes, and overall support of program operations.
- Work cross-functionally to proactively identify issues, prioritize partner requests, and provide excellent customer support
- Serve as the go-to expert for any inquiries and/or operational issues for our partners and internal teams
- Proactively and continuously review, evaluate, and provide recommendations on team workflows and process improvements to drive scale, quality and efficiency
- Maintain best-in-class customer and partner experience
- Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales/Channel Operations or Sales/Channel Enablement
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM Applications
- Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, strong conflict resolution, and follow through with partners
- Customer-first mindset and always looking for ways to go above and beyond to improve customer and partner satisfaction
- Strong communication skills are a must
