Responsibilities:
- Processing of new line (Contract), mobile device, SIM card activation, approvals of services
- Porting lines in and out of corporate program
- Termination and activation of lines
- Adding international travel packages, depending on travel location
- Supporting user on day to day mobile related issues and questions
- Ability to review carrier contracts and work with Strategic Sourcing on levels of service, contract inclusions/exclusions, plan optimization, etc.
- Manage carrier level of service
- Response to ServiceNow tickets and Mobile Service Hub tickets
- Monitor user usage and spend for each country and respond to any variance to the normal spend
- Work with AP and 3rd party vendor to obtain invoices when needed
- Manage the consolidated cost center breakdown
- Work on strategic mobile projects, i.e., mobile service and device trending, unlock and inventory device management, updating Corporate Mobile website, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- You must have 5+ years working in the mobile environment
- You have knowledge of mobile plan details and devices
- You have knowledge and experience with mobile carriers highly regarded
- Should have experience in customer service is a plus and highly regarded
- Ability to engage and maintain a relationship with users and carriers
- Should have experience with negotiating contracts is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work on different projects and customer needs at one time is essential
- Bachelor Degree
- Should have experience with financial and trend analysis
- Problem-solving skill is a must
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to the program and team spirit is required
