Responsibilities
Delivery Management –
- Minimum 12-14 years of relevant of program/project/ Delivery management
- Should have experience in managing deliveries for ECM (Document Management and Enterprise Search)
- Demonstrate excellence in project delivery using robust delivery framework aligned with Alstom’s overall vision
- Evaluate, Modify or set up Agile delivery model to deliver use cases and projects for ECM Platform
- Oversee all projects/use cases in scope ensuring on time delivery, in budget and with quality
- Demonstrated experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with management
- In-depth experience with the development lifecycle and software development methodologies.
- Should manage and provide capacity plans for faster and un-interrupted deliveries
- Demonstrated experience with working with business users to gather and document business requirements.
- Responsible to implement Delivery Best Practices, Technical Governance Model to deliver in time with quality
- Should be point of contact for Business for ECM Deliveries, Use Cases Status and escalation
- Should be excellent in managing stakeholder including Business, IS&T and Partners
- Demonstrated experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with mangement
- Responsible to remove impediments faced by team with respect to delivery, capacity, resources
- Should manage operations to ensure business continuity for all application under ECM portfolio in DevOps mode
- Manage regular communication with business to understand performance of use cases, calculate ROI, pain points with platform and manage action plan
- Identify and manage the technical trainings/learning of the team to deliver better by implementing new feature of ECM tools
- Maximize utilization of reusable assets, methods across projects delivery
- Assist business in establishing business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications and advising the appropriate solutions
- Coordinate RFP, RFI when necessary
- Prepare recommendations for decisions-making at Project Review Board and Change Control Board
- Be able to demonstrate a solid financial understanding and be able to monitor and control a budget
ECM (Document Management and Enterprise Search) –
- Should have experience minimum 6-8 years in managing deliveries for Document Management using tools like Documentum/Aconex and Enterprise Search tools like Sinequa/elasticsearch
- Should have technical and functional understanding of Document Management and Enterprise search area
- Understand the pre-requisites, dependency, solutions, and capabilities of Document Management and Enterprise search tools
- Should have delivered ECM use cases in Agile mode
- Should have an understanding on utilization of Document Management and Enterprise search tools across industries
- Should be good in understanding development best practices for ECM applications
- Manage Support for ECM application to ensure business continuity
Managerial
- Person should manage a small internal team for ECM delivery
- Person should be managing partner delivery team
Qualifications & Skills
- 12-14+ years of experience in PROJECT/PROGRAM OR DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
- Minimum 6-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE MANAGING ECM (DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE SEARCH) DELIVERIES
- should have managed agile sprint teams
- SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT TOOLS LIKE DOCUMENTUM/ACONEX AND SEARCH
EDUCATION: B.E.
Behavioral Competencies
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills as Person will be interacting with multiple business units, Solution managers and internal IT teams
- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Coaches, supports, and trains other team members
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills
Technical Competencies & Experience
Technical experience in Document management and Enterprise Search software is MUST.
- Language Skills: English
- IT Skills: Documentum/Aconex, Sinequa/elastic
