Accenture Recruitment Process for 2021 batch:
Accenture is recruiting for two role i.e ASE (Associate Software Engineer) and SE (Software Engineer).
- Package of Associate Software Engineer: 4.5LPA
- Package of Software Engineer: 6.5 LPA
Eligibility Criteria for Accenture recruitment drive of 2021 batch:
- Year of Passout: 2021 batch
- Candidate should possess BE/B.TECH/MCA Degree.
- Candidate should have minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA aggregate at the time of the recruitment.
- No active backlogs at the time of the recruitment process.
- PAN Card is very important. All the candidates should have pan card at the time of registration for Accenture.
- Based on your overall performance students will be selected for ASE and SE role.
Accenture recruitment process for freshers 2021:
Accenture hires students through multi-stages level. The recruitment drive of 2021 will consist of four stages: Cognitive and Technical Assessment, Coding, Communication test, and HR Interview.
- Cognitive and Technical Assessment: Cognitive – English Ability, Analytical Reasoning & Numerical Ability and Technical – Pseudocoding, Common Application and MS Office, Fundamentals of Networking, Security and Cloud. This round consists of 50 questions to assess cognitive ability, 40 questions to assess technical assessment.
- Coding: Fundamentals of Programming – any language of choice between C/ C++/ Java/ Python/ DOT Net. This coding round will have 2 questions which are to be completed in 45 minutes.
- Communication Test: Time Limit:- 20 Min
Interview
The 1st round is an elimination round. In the next two rounds, no candidates are eliminated. The decision for the final selection is taken in the HR interview round.
