You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer.
You will be working as a part of Sourcing & procurement team which is responsible for e-Sourcing execution, contract management and life cycle support. We are looking for individuals who are conversant in the features, functionality and applicability of a few sourcing platforms.
You will be responsible for Supply Chain Management where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and includes all processes that transform raw materials into final products.Skills required are a deep knowledge of requisition processing / procurement workflow and documentation management, knowledge of MS office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power point etc., fluency in written / verbal English.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside. Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
