- Technical Experience: a)Total IT 6 years of experience b) Minimum 4 years of experience with Service-Now c)Worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications d)Worked with 3rd party integrations e)Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management f-Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues Worked on ITSM, ITOM or HR, CSM
