Key Responsibilities
- Should have strong knowledge of Group insurance products and service offerings, specific to Absence, Paid State Leave, Company Paid leave and STD.
- Candidate should have experience with customer, broker, TPA engagement.
- Case Installation Support – Plan grid review, revisions and approval.
- Strong ability to manage core work volumes for New/Add Issue, changes.
- Perform activities related to policy change analysis and correspondence.
- Validate customer plan design, account structure etc.
- Perform data entry activities – plan information into business platform, Internal portal maintenance.
- Review and request missing information.
- Data entry into tools and complete calculation.
- Ability to provide feedback and recommend solutions/ changes to process by participating in process value assessment.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and provide solutions for the correct system set-up.
- Adheres to production, quality and service standards including flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules.
- Assists the supervisor in overall management of day to day operations by effective monitoring and management of team performance.
- Provide support & guidance to new hires through refresher sessions or query resolution on floor.
