Position Description:
Performance Tester
Job Description/Responsibilities Team members will be expected to collaborate in an agile methodology with the onsite team. The onsite team has a long established relationship with the performance testing team, but to this point has not been afforded the opportunity to collaborate. The individual filling this role will be required to work with the business to establish scripts\scenarios, execute and coordinate performance tests, analyze the results, and communicate to stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in performance testing
2. Working knowledge in perf Test Tools: Loadrunner/Jmeter
3. Conduct system performance testing to ensure system stability, capacity, scalability and reliability
4. Experience in gathering non functional requirements and determine what needs to be tested
5. Experience in Developing perf test scripts and execute different performance tests as per the requirements as an individual contributor
6. Experience in monitoring the UAT with different montioring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and AppDynamics
7. Experience in analyzing and understanding the perf test results and identifying the problem areas
8. Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and to present the results to the stakeholders.
