- Accountable for the implementation of data quality rules that meet the needs of each business across GSK
- Accountable for the delivery of data domain-specific Master Data Management (MDM) demands and represent them in data governance forums. Also accountable for providing resolutions to data quality and other data-related issues
- Accountable for the creation of the Master Data within the in scope data objects and locations
- Accountable for the Data Quality Reports, and the resolution of data quality issues
- Provide oversight of the data execution processes for NPI launch
- Accountable for Service Level Reports, including related performance metrics, SLAs and plans to fix issues
- Accountable for the provision of day-to-day MDM service requests (e.g. high-volume change and create)
- Establish re-charging processes and provide oversight
- Ensure that the in-house talent is effectively managed, seek and develop opportunities where possible for development and progress within MDM team.
- Ensure that enough opportunities are provided to support the learning and development for MDM team
- Facilitate and reinforce continuous improvement of service by championing all improvement opportunities

- Experience working in a Consumer, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry gaining a strong understanding of business processes across data objects
- Strategic view on how data and analytics enable decision making for better business outcomes
- Extensive experience of leading an MDM Service Operations Management environment
- Experience leading complex master data business projects
- Good understanding of data models, master data standards and processes, in addition to MDM tools & technology.
- Track record of taking accountability for service operational SLAs
- Strong understanding and experience of master data compliance regulations in global organisations.
- Demonstrable effectiveness in People Management and Development
