• Authentication & Authorization: Familiarity with SSO and MFA.

Your role as an Account Administrator

You will support Identity and Access Management for the Netherlands member firm within Deloitte. As part of a dedicated team of specialists, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and proactive management of accounts and access rights for the logical and physical systems of Deloitte Netherlands.

You will report to the operations lead and collaborate with other security administrators within your team, as well as project managers from various departments.

As an IAM Administrator you are engaging in the following activities:

• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and maintain role-based and attribute-based access control policies.
• Support authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA, and federated identity management.
• Utilize IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity) for identity and access management.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Document work instructions and implement improvements in existing IAM services.
• Must demonstrate a professional, friendly, and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure.
• Ability to communicate technical information to less experienced or non specialist people, both verbally and in writing
• They should also be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
