• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Able to perform requirements elicitation and software testing as a part of SDLC
• Familiar with programming concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of the following is a plus but not mandatory:
• Understanding of excel macros
• Programming knowledge of C# (or similar), JSON, XML, SQL
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Understanding of individual taxation and/or global compensation concepts and terminology
